°First Round: in 2008 Medeor, by means of direct contacts with the parent company and the line management of Bellco, identified the opportunity of a Management Buyout of the Bellco Renal Care division. Joint investment partner: Argos Soditic.
°Second Round: in 2012 Bellco was sold to Charme Capital Partners. Medeor and its network retained a minority interest
°Exit: in 2016 100% of Bellco was sold to Medtronic

In 2010 Medeor identified an attractive investment opportunity in Eratech, a company founded by a team of scientist led by a past MIT researcher, owning proprietary technology for inhalation drugs delivery in nanoparticles form. Medeor team provided funds and managerial support for developing Eratech technology up to a commercial application stage
In 2015 Eratech was sold to Zambon Group
